Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, the change takes effect immediately and your billing is prorated. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

Yes. There are no lock-in contracts. Cancel from your account settings before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Your access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.

AI credits power your AI-generated reports, AI Assistant queries, and any automated analysis features. Each interaction consumes a small number of credits. Your monthly allocation resets on your billing date, and additional credits can be purchased if needed.

A one-time A$150 setup fee applies to all plans. This covers clinic onboarding, PMS integration configuration, and getting your dashboard ready to go.

The Growth plan base price covers your first clinic. Each additional clinic is A$149/month. Enterprise pricing is custom — contact us for a quote based on your group size and requirements.

Where is my data stored?

All VetIQ data is stored and processed within Australian Azure datacentres (Australia East and Australia Southeast). Your clinic data never leaves the country. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
