How do I connect my practice management system?

After signing up, go to Settings → Integrations and select your PMS from the list. Follow the guided setup wizard — most integrations are live within a few minutes. If your PMS isn't listed, contact our support team.

Yes. VetIQ's Growth and Enterprise plans support multiple clinic locations under a single account. Each additional clinic is billed at A$149/month. You can manage all locations from a unified dashboard.

How do AI credits work?

AI credits power AI-generated reports, AI Assistant queries, and automated analysis features. Your monthly allocation resets on your billing date. Additional credits can be purchased from the billing page at any time.

Is my clinic data secure?

All data is stored and processed within Australian Azure datacentres (Australia East and Australia Southeast). Your data never leaves Australia. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and use end-to-end encryption in transit and at rest.

How do I invite my team members?

Go to Settings → Team and click Invite Member. Enter their email address and assign a role (Admin, Manager, or Viewer). They'll receive an email invitation to join your clinic's VetIQ workspace.

Question 6

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

You retain access until the end of your current billing period. Before cancellation, you can export all your reports and data as CSV or PDF from the Analytics dashboard. After the period ends, data is held for 30 days before deletion.
